There are only two courses you can have her follow, she either has to stay in the palace until she eliminates or you should pick her up and get her to a designated elimination area either outdoors or a small area with a pad and tray. There is usually a brief period of activity (less than 10 minutes) after waking before elimination. Timing this and anticipating her response is part of "creating the opportunity for praise."
