I have a 2.5lb 4 month old Mati-Pom. I have been trying to crate train him. For the past 3 weeks he hasn't pooped in the kennel, but he pees at weird times. We have a set routine in place to take him outside to relieve himself and he usually does. What is the right amount of water that he should be getting?
