We would like to ultimately train the puppy to eliminate outdoors. Our home has easy access outside so that should not be a problem. So, we can use the palace with the bed and pad to begin and then bring the puppy outside to eliminate. Does that sound right? And do you advise making food & water available in the palace? All the time? or At any intervals? Thanks.Category: Homecoming
To target the outdoors interrupt any activity-play,sleep meals-pick him up and carry him outside and stay until he eliminates. Leave some food and water in the cage if he will be in there more than 4 hours for the first week or so.
