We brought our 9 1/2 week old Morkie puppy home 9 days ago. Last night he had dry heaves in the middle of the night. Most of the time when owners mention "dry heaves" it is actually a cough rather than an attempt at vomiting. As long as he feels well and eats good the I would give it a couple days to see which way it goes. Watch the "respiratory" set of videos.
