Sporadic vomiting is not usually anything to worry about unless it continues over several days. Especially if he feels good otherwise. right now I would not do anything except with hold food for a couple hours, liquid in small frequent amounts and if he keeps that down then a small amount of bland food like boiled chicken or scrambled egg. Then you can work him back to regular meals. Please let me know if the vomiting continues.
